Note that due to the provincial lockdown, the Jan 2/3 Big Shots 9 Ball Event will be postponed and rescheduled to the end of the tour, before the final event. The 8Ball Event on Jan 30/31 will remain on schedule for that date until we see what happens next. We will keep you updated!

Congratulations to Waleed M. Hashem for successfully defending his title and once again claiming first place in the Big Shots Tour 10 Ball ‘No Handicap’ event over this past weekend. In event one, 9Ball, Hashem took it undefeated from the A side. This time, he started from the beginning of the B side and went all the way through, winning twice in the final to become champion once again. Great shooting to Erik Hjorleifson for several dominating performances over the weekend on... his way to the second place finish. TOP 8 FINISHERS 1st - Waleed Hashem 2nd - Erik Hjorleifson 3rd - Don Leone 4th - Dean MacNaughton 5/6th - Rod Arsenault 5/6th - Stuart Mactaggart 7/8th - Jeremy Bolahood 7/8th - Dan Banks We were very fortunate to be able to complete this event before the lockdown and we thank each and every player who not only participated but followed all the protocols very well. Unfortunately we will need to put the tour on hold for now but we will most definitely finish it once everything is reopened. STAY SAFE!

This Saturday’s Tournament at Legends is the 4-6 Nine Ball Wars #5. Players list is in the comments. Please notify us if you can not make it. Note that we will cut off registration at 10am Sharp, please be on time as we have to begin this one as early as we can.

The first event of the Battle Of Champions Pro Tour is now in the history books. Congratulations to Canadian Pool Legend The Lion Alex Pagulayan for his World... Class play in claiming the first championship of this tour in dominating fashion. Congratulations to the runner up, the coach, Big Red Erik Hjorleifson, as he stamped his name back onto the pool scene with a solid second place performance. Tyler Nearing showed us all some true grind all the way through the event to pickup a big third place finish, while rising star The Wizard Carlin Sanderson showcased his talents and will to win, working his way to a fourth place finish. An event and tour like this does not happen without the hard work and dedication of many people. So many individuals, companies and groups put their efforts, time, and funds into this first event and we would like to thank everyone for this. The entire pool community in this and many other areas paid close attention to this event and we all benefitted from each other’s hard work. Growing the game is important and we hope this tour can continue to help do so. Special thanks to all of our sponsors, Tournament Director Pete O’Dowd, and Staff at Legends Billiards & Lounge for their work at the tournament. The first event of this tour was a great success and we are very positive that the next one will be even better in 2021!

Event #1 of the BIG SHOTS TOUR showcased many of the top talents in the area yesterday at Legends Billiards. The straight race tournament creates a very competitive atmosphere and a very different mindset for all players, and we received a very positive response from all participants. Congratulations to the first Big Shots Champion Waleed M. Hashem who went undefeated to claim the title. 2nd and 3rd Place was split by Vincent Chrysler & DJ McGinley. 4th finish went to Stu MacTaggart, while 5th/6th was claimed by Craig Gould & Rishu Singh. Legends Billiards & Lounge will be hosting 2 Pro-Tour Qualifiers, sending 4 players to the Battle Of Champions Pro Tour event on Feb 6, 2021. Please comment with the date you are looking to enter for. (Dec 27 or Jan 10) Each bracket will have a max of 32. Top 2 players in each will be qualified.... The qualifier events will be prepay only and the deadline to pay is 2 weeks prior to each event. Payments are to be made in cash to the bar at Legends or etransfer to [email protected]

Congratulations to Denise Belanger & Rishu Singh for going undefeated and winning the Halloween Jack & Jill Scotch Doubles Event at Legends Billiards on Saturday. Congrats also to the runner ups, Analyn Ignacio & Ryan Balayboa for finishing second place in the tournament and for winning the best costumes contest for their Banana Split which they wore for the full duration of the event.
