**** Hello all. I know everyone was probably unhappy to hear about price of masks, but now we have decided to lower the Price to $1.99 each and absorb the loss ourselves. Many really want these things and the media and health authorities are practically demanding them, so we will drop the price to less than our cost. Sorry, I cant do anything about hand sanitizer because it is already less than our cost We will keep you posted if we can procure other forms of needed PPE a...nd anything else that we do have at a lower cost. and I have never been very good at the retail side of pharmacy and it is kind of sickening that there are so many vultures out there, that quite honestly, are making me feel like a bit of a friggin vulture myself, and I dont like it. I can promise you this; we have not and will not gouge or raise prices on anything that we have nor will we overprice anything new due to high demand. You have my word on that. **** We now have about a thousand surgical masks and 640 x 60ml hand sanitizer sprays. WARNING: These are ridiculously overpriced, but this is pretty much our landing cost. We are not trying to make money on this, only close to cost recovery, to provide whatever we can to whoever wants or needs them. I am so sorry that these are priced so grossly high, $2.99 or $2.79 for what is usually a 25-50 cent mask and $4.99 for a usually $1.59 - $2.50 60 ml hand sanitizer spray bottle.... This is all we can get and it is at ridiculous prices. The past 4 weeks since I posted about the price of masks has seen almost everyone turn to price gouging, and now that there are very few suppliers with anything left, we too are getting gouged. However, we will not add to the gouge. If you have options that are less expensive, by all means use them.... and even tell me so we can buy plenty as well Glenn

You have all been so professional, working so hard (even to exhaustion), efficiently, steady, with leadership, empathy, caring, consideration, sacrifice, and showing genuine love for all of our friends and family in the community who support us (I am meaning our patients and customers ...when I say friends and family in community, because you are all friends and family to us <3 ). There are massive drug shortages as well as other needed products and we are at full force continuing to try to procure a lot of these while also taking care of your health needs. I have seen and have been told that there are places in Saskatoon and Area that are charging anywhere from $7.99 to $13.99 for a simple SURGICAL MASK! Come now, that's insane. If you really want to have a mask and all that is available is a surgical mask, you shouldn't pay more that $2.00 and that is actually QUITE HIGH! A box of 50 shouldn't run you more than $20-$30 ($30 being high end). HOWEVER, I do NOT recommend them for prevention of most viruses because most viruses are VERY VERY VERY VERY SMALL!!!!! You require an N95 mask. For N95 masks with valves, you should not Pay more than $10-$12 and again, that is quite high. For N95 without valves, look at the very high end of about $4.99 (again, pretty high, but not in comparison to people charging $75.99 for the valve N95 and $20.99 --> $45.99 for nonvalvular. If the mask says it is NOT NIOSH approved, then it is not going to help keep most viruses out very well at all. An N95 will do that. The best N95 masks are respirator type masks but you can get the N95 without valves. My point here is this................DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! Talk to us first.
