We know that for many of you this is the highlight of your summer and your track & field season, and we will miss you all this year! We're excited to have Legion Nationals alumna Laura Dickinson take over our Instagram Stories tomorrow, Friday, May 15! She'll take you through how she keeps active and healthy throughout the day with some tips for you along the way. Laura, who is from Miramichi New Brunswick, started running competitively in the 8th grade. She competed in the 2013, 2015 & 2016 Legion Nationals (gold in 300m and 2000m steeplechase). She also competed at the Canada Games and is now on the Syracuse University XC and track teams. Some other career highlights include: Pan American U20 gold medalist (5000m) Canadian U20 indoor record holder (5000m) 2019 World University Games 5th place (10,000m) Canada Games flag bearer and silver medalist (5000m, 3000m steeplechase)
