GLITTER EYE LINER TREND - 2016 Get the look: "Apply black eyeliner pencil around the entire eye. Then, pat the desired amount of glitter using a small round brush either a hint here and there or along the entire line (you can also use a cream for softer looks). Be daring and use a royal blue glitter pot or take a more subtle approach with neutral colors like copper, rose, and gold."

The biggest, most important makeup trend for fall is dark lips. This year, the colors are much more blackened, and almost purplish instead of reddish. Dark brows balance out the lips, and all that's needed on the eyes are long lashes. Liner optional. Your complexion goals for this fall should be a slightly dewy texture with soft flushed cheeks, and subtle, non-shimmery highlights.
