We have been working with municipal staff from the Town of Bracebridge preparing a Business Plan to guide the management and operation of the new municipal Multi-Use Community Facility. The process has provided significant opportunities to examine different approaches to ensure the new facility meets resident's demands in a fiscally responsible manner.

Pleased to be working with the Town of New Tecumseth and James Fryett Architects Inc. on the Beeton Recreation Facility Replacement Project. The project includes a feasibility study to determine community requirements for indoor facility space in the community of Beeton, development of a concept plan for the proposed facility and the preparation of a business management/operation plan.
