Recent review from our guest: I have been staying at Marie and Eric apartment for a few months (Aug. to Nov. 2018) The least to say is that the apartment is ideally situated. All amenities are in a few minutes reach. Cafes, Breakfast, Restaurants, Bakeries, Supermarkets Metro and C'est la vie (Organic), farmer market from April to Nov. all is within 5 minutes’ walk. Tube station Laurier is less than 10 minutes’ walk. Laurier park which is one of the best Montreal has to offer... is 5/6 minutes away by foot. With the kids we enjoyed it a lot (open air swimming pool in the summer, and ice rink in the winter). Avenue Mont-Royal with all the shops you can think of, they even closed the avenue to cars on the summer weekends for shopping, is 10 minutes away We were so delighted to be able to enjoy the city so much without the need of a car. More if you use the bike service Bixi, everything became even closer. All you need for you stay will be found at Marie and Eric`s apartment, we were never short of utensils for cooking, baking, BBQ or anything else. Fast unlimited internet made our life very easy also. Beds are comfortable and we never felt cold even when it was -16C outside. The hype of the apartment was for us without a doubt the large bathroom and huge bathtub. Eric was very responding to all of our needs and always texted us back within minutes when we had any questions/requests. If you come for a short or longer stay in Montreal and if you look for a place to stay with peace of mind, without any burden, I highly recommend you to contact Marie and Eric. You will not regret it, I have the certitude your stay will be worry free.
