A renovation to an early 1970's side-split in Burlington. The existing home will receive a small garage extension at the front, and a rear second floor extension for a new master suite. The exterior facade will be refreshed with new a palette and material selections.

An extensive renovation to a 1940's Tudor style bungalow in Burlington. The existing home has been completely gutted and roof removed to make way for a second floor expansion off the rear. The main floor plan has been revised to exclude all load-bearing and partition wall assemblies, resulting in a true open-concept environment.
