It is done! Sleepy Demons' EP, "Five Stages", is out now on bandcamp and soundcloud and will soon be available on all streaming platforms. This was my first ti...me doing everything (recording, mixing, and mastering) by myself, so please be gentle! I have a long way to go but am happy to feel a sense of self-sufficiency in the quest for proliferation! Born in the depths of Covid, this EP started with themes of environmentalism and towards the end started to discuss the finer details of our current dilemma. This year has mutated so quickly that my one fear was to talk about things as they occurred and have it be news of the past century in less than a month. The relativity of time with this type of crisis is certainly palpable. At any rate, I hope you enjoy! Following this release I intend to go and remix/remaster 'Night Light' and start into another dream pop album for Lennox C.B.. As for Broken Wolves we are still recording an album - an endeavor that will be renewed in the fall! Wishing everyone well, stay safe, and let me know what you think!

Last night i did something unexpected - i did my first live stream EVER, doing 'harp harmonics' - a technique i've been chasing and emulating for almost 10 years. These recent weeks had me conflicted. While alluding to this style, i have only ever played one gig of just harp harmonics. In the recent closures of venues, theres a sense that i might not get another chance for a while - a tinge of regret, as i told myself i would try to do a small set live this year. And so, i tr...ied an impromptu set last night. Tonight, i want to do it once again, and this time not apologize all over it. I hope to record some audio and video separate of the live stream, and it is my intention to try and get good takes of the main 8 arrangements i have to date for posterity. If anything, this crisis has reminded me that life is short. It is time for me to accomplish the things i've been putting off. One year ago today I released my debut album "Night Light". Bourne of blood sweat and many tears. There are thing I would have differently now but I am happy it exists. ALSO, BIG ANNOUNCEMENT, I will be releasing the first album of Sleepy Demons, "Oblivion", BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR Not gonna say when till a couple of days from date.... It couldn't be more different from the Night Light in mood and subject matter, as it discussed mostly one theme - climate change. Stay tuned!!! Incredible moment of solidarity today at Queens park for the climate strike. Three take aways: - most of the crowd was under 18, sad and inspiring at once, they put us to shame but make sense given they have the most to lose - people of all faiths were present (I especially got a laugh at some priests nearby a communist banner, but that's solidarity for ya!) - this is just the beginning and this needs to be bigger until we can rest assured we have a stable future for ourselve...s. And to any naysayers... It's either more of this, death, or revolution, which would you rather have? The fucking artic was on fire, the time is now, demand accountability!!!
