"To be prepared is half the victory" - We're locked for something special this October and can't wait to again, shock the world. Shout out to my team and everyone who has been involved in putting this together, your ongoing support for adaptive boxing and Vancouver's recovering athletes is the change we need in 2020. https://medium.com/@S/wheelbarrowing-the-grind-36b9e45ee9fb

The Grouse Grind is a 2.9 km hike with an elevation of 2,800 feet and 2,830 stairs in Vancouver BC. I will be attempting to wheelbarrow walk it on my hands with the help of my team to raise awareness for Adaptive Boxing Being an athlete was my life. In 2017, I became a victim of gun violence suffering with a spinal cord injury. This changed my life forever but my determination grew stronger. I started @wwadaptiveboxing , a non profit organization to inspire those living with disabilities that you can adapt your life and get stronger with the sport of boxing. Your generous contributions will allow adaptive boxing to grow and be more accessible to our community. https://www.gofundme.com/f/the-grind-for-adaptive-boxing
