The MLS is such a powerful tool, that if used correctly, it will absolutely guarantee you that the one buyer on planet Earth that is willing to pay you more for your home than every other buyer, will know it’s for sale, will come and see it, will fall in love with it, and ultimately will pay you more than your home is worth. Many of the seller clients I have the pleasure of working for happen to be retired seniors living on a fixed income, or newly retired seniors that will be living on a fixed income in the near future.
