What parts of you have turned away from the light of your own majesty in protection from the feared pain of healing transformation? The parts of you that run from your light are not actually shameful or bad, though they may believe that. They are in fact keepers of some of the most powerful pieces of your wholeness. Being yourself FULLY can be terrifying, which is why you resist exploring what holds you back. And yet it is in liberating your hidden selves from the shadows,... allowing them to fully participate in your Light, that the sweetness of peace and joy flows. When I support people in this work, I see them as they are unwaveringly: whole, welcome, and worthy. I orient to your wellness, not your wounds, and it is this inherent wellness that nourishes the transformational processes.
