Dear Lesley and Jo-Ann, We wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the wonderful, professional service we received from you during our recent hunt for our... forever cottage. We found you to be personable, easy to talk to and we had many laughs along the way. You sent us daily listings to review and were only a phone call away if we saw something that interested us. Your patience was very much appreciated as we fine tuned our list of must haves (the number of bedrooms, the lake, distance from our home, the amenities and many more checklist items). You were very supportive and encouraging through the whole process. As a team, you guided us as to what to include in the offers and reassured us there was a cottage out there for us. We did purchase our forever cottage and we are ecstatic! We can’t thank you enough for all the time you spent showing us cottages and allowing us to talk to you about what we liked and didn’t like about each one, so we could zero in on exactly what we wanted. You helped us to find a lawyer in Lindsay and are looking forward to having you over for a barbecue in the spring.
