Makloubé is a Middle Eastern dish, popular specifically in Palestine and Jordan. You will often hear someone say that it is their favourite meal , and you can’t blame them as it is absolutely mouth watering!! Makloubé literally means upside down, because its basically layered spiced rice, lamb chunks, fried eggplants, cauliflowers or both, chickpeas , and sliced tomatoes; and once its cooked, you turn the pot upside down and serve it on a plater. Just imagine the flavour fusion among the layersServed usually with salad or yogurt. #lesregalsdezeina #homemade #weeklymenu @ South Shore

Kabsé is a traditional rich dish from the Arabian gulf area. The spice palette used in the gulf region is slightly different than that used in the Middle East; it is more intense and fregrant. Kabsé consists of heavily spiced rice and chicken, garnished with raisins and nuts, with side of home made spicy fresh tomato sauce. Feels like a party in your mouth, an explosion of flavours and textures with every bite. #lesregalesdezeina #weeklymenu #homemade @ South Shore

Kibbé bil senyeh (baked Kibbé) is a cultural culinary experience, a staple in the Lebanese and Syrian cuisines. I mean look how gorgeous this dish looks !Most people know Kibbé as an appetizer; this is the meal version. 2 layers of Kibbé, with minced meat and pine nuts filling. We provide it frozen, so you can bake it at your convenience. Best paired with a bowl of fresh salad. So tasty #lesregalesdezeina @ South Shore
