OFFICE RE-OPENING Effective Monday, October 5, 2020 Lesser Slave Lake Regional Housing Authority’s office will re-open at 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Closed 12:30pm to 1:00pm. Due to COVID 19 there will be new practices put in place. - Masks are mandatory for all clients that enter the office. - All clients must use hand sanitizer that is located at the front door.... - We ask that if you have been paying your monthly charges through E-transfer please continue to do so, as each time a client enters the office, we need to sanitize the area once they leave. APPOINTMENTS: If you have a scheduled appointment, please take note of the following precautions we have in place: 1. Masks are MANDITORY. 2. Do not arrive more that 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. 3. Wait in your vehicle until you are called to enter for your appointment. 4. No one under the age of 18 are permitted to attend the appointment. 5. A maximum of 2 people will be permitted to attend the appointment. 6. If you have any of the symptoms listed on the back , please reschedule your appointment. These precaution measures have been put in place to keep you and our staff safe. September 1,2020 Update. Our office remains closed to the public until further notice. We are accepting applications via E-mail, Fax or at our drop off slot on the door. As a tenant of ours it is your responsibility to self-Isolate and to be tested if you have any symptoms. Practice social distancing from neighbors while you are out and about. ... Our Maintenance team will not be doing any repairs unless it is an emergency. We do appreciate any calls regarding issues, but this office will evaluate whether the issue is something that can wait or needs to be fixed immediately. When and if maintenance do come to your unit, they will have the proper protective equipment worn to make sure they protect themselves and you. FAMILY SOCIAL HOUSING COVID-19 In efforts to stop the spread of Covid-19 and under the direction of Alberta Health Services, we ask that ALL Tenants living in Social Housing follow the Social Distancing Rules listed below: ONLY you and your immediate family can be in your unit or within your backyard.... You and/or your children are not allowed to be going around from house to house in the neighbourhood visiting. Children should be supervised by a Parent at all times and NOT playing on the Streets with other children. With the warmer weather upon us, take your own children for a walk, bike ride, or clean up your backyard. We all need to do our part so that this VIRUS does not continue to spread. Monthly rent is still due, you can pay rent by having funds automatically withdrawn from your account, EFT or by money order which can be... dropped in the slot on the front door to the office.
