CLUB UPDATE In response to the recent AHS restrictions (and with guidance from Boxing Alberta and Lethbridge Sport Council), we'd like to highlight some changes to our programs: Class times and programs are still the same but we've moved towards more of an Open Gym style of coaching... No sparring or hand pads We'll be offering (and emphasizing) more 1 on 1 training with Rick as well as the other coaches These changes will last until Nov 27th. We would also like to remind our boxers to not come in if they feel sick, to always wipe down the equipment they use, and to wear a mask upon entry and/or during prolonged conversations. Thank you for your continued support
