If your clients hang out at the bus stop, join them... seriously! If you know where your potential clients hang out... join them there! If your potential client takes the bus, go sit on a bus bench and observe them! Listen to their conversations, listen to what they say, how they are acting and feeling and if you're brave enough, start a conversation! If your potential clients hang out in a chat room... join them there!... If your potential clients love coffee... troll coffee shops! If your potential clients hike, ski or swim... you'd better start taking an interest in that too! If your potential clients love beauty... try on some products, check out what's trending and join in on the conversation. The better you know your audience, their likes, dislikes, hobbies, personality and where they hang out, the easier it will be to engage them! #marketing
