5 Fire Fighters, 4 days, 3 nights, 2 months of planning, and 1 common goal. 2019 Rooftop campout for Muscular Dystrophy was a huge success! We want to thank the community for coming together to support such a great cause. We couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you, to all our volunteers, that worked tirelessly to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. We are so very proud to announce our final total : $17, 630 ! I hate to say we saved the best for last, but I will say we did save the best PHOTO for last. The Rooftop Campout for Muscular Dystrophy is THIS Thursday. Wow. We would like to remind everyone of the BBQ Friday March 29th at 11AM-1PM, and the pancake breakfast Saturday March 30th at 9AM-11Am. Everyone meet Brent Nunweiler!! Brent grew up in Lethbridge, and has three daughters with his wife Tammy. The campout is important to him because he believes Firefighters have a r...esponsibility to give back to the community, and this is a great way to raise funds and awareness for a cause that affects real people in our community. The International Association of Firefighters have been working for a cure for Muscular Dystrophy since 1954! What will Brent definitely be bringing from home?? Chess board, and a deck of cards!
