What a year it has been. As a community, we have risen to meet the challenges and demands of 2020 and we want to say thank you. We are so proud of former Lethbridge College Kodiaks basketball player, Jinan Daqqa, on being recognized as one of Fort McMurray's Top 50 under fifty. Jinan was a member of the 2016-2017 undefeated National Championship team. Her basketball career came to an unfortunate and abrupt end after she suffered a severe concussion in 2018. The team of athletic therapists she worked with inspired her to pursue an education in sports medicine. She is currently enrolled in Athletic ...Therapy at Mount Royal University. We are so happy to have been a part of Jinan's journey and we can't wait to see all of the amazing things she accomplishes!
