Today we want you to take some time and make yourself your favourite drink. Hot. Cold. Home brewed or from your favourite beverage place! What did you get?!

We're almost at the end, and we hope you've been able to find a few strategies or routines that work for you and your self-care needs :) Today we're getting ready for 2021. Winter semester starts soon, and there's nothing wrong with getting a head start on your organization!

There are two very important events happening today that we should be thinking about Today is Universal Children’s Day. A wonderful day for us to celebrate and demand action for child rights and welfare. A time for dedicated advocates to help children’s voices be heard. Speak up, and speak out. Today is also #transdayofremembrance, a day to acknowledge and remember our brothers and sisters who have fallen due to phobia and bigotry. We will not stand for this. Your fight is our fight, and we are here to listen, learn, and stand beside you
