John Galbraith Personal Training 24.12.2020

This is the little kit that has kept myself and my clients strong and fit during the pandemic. It's been so surprisingly effective that I often use it even when I have access to weights. Throw in a mat or a carpet and some expert instruction and you're all set!

I'm thankful to be busy with work again but I've been slacking on this challenge, so here is an interesting push up variation for you. #25pushupchallenge Getting down for #mentalhealthawareness... If you are suffering please reach out to someone and if you know someone who may be suffering please reach out to them. PTSD is real and relevant not just for people in the military but among people in all walks of life. Sometimes we have the strength to push ourselves up and sometimes we need the strength of others to help us up. What I’m saying is in times of struggle don’t be afraid to reach out for support. I was nominated by Holly Feds. Challenge accepted. Mental health and suicide is a serious problem across the globe, so I am doing this challenge to increase awareness and also to let any of my family and friends know that if you need to talk, I am here any time, any day. I will be doing 25 push ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD, anxiety and depression that drive people to commit suicide. The rules are simple: *once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day. *every day you record yourself doing 25 push ups, even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 *every day you must nominate a different person. Let's reach as many people as possible. Let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, you are not alone and we are here for you. Don't be afraid to speak out!!! #SUICIDEAWARENESS #mentalhealthawareness #PTSD Today I nominate Anthony Colace @body_energy_therapy Please inspire your community to spread the awareness for mental health awareness.
