My predication of where we'll see employee benefits trends headed into 2021 and beyond The days of perks, compensation and office fridges are not what defines culture or benefits. Things like virtual therapy, virtual workouts, virtual meditation. The things that have a drastic impact and a direct impact on an employee's well-being outside of work.
