When you look at another person what do you see? Do you instantly trust or mistrust? Do you place a "type" to them? When you see another person do you go into judge? Do you compare? ... Do you make it about you? Do you smile? Do you look away? Are you feaful? Is there more judgement or more curiosity? Or maybe all of these are true. . . most likely you have a tendency - an instant unconcious reaction. And maybe you're ok with whatever reaction you have. And maybe you don't know how to change it. Wise elders and philosophers and monks say that whatever we see in the world is a reflection of our internal world. So if you see beautiful people - you likely see beauty in yourself. If you see that others are humans are trying their best - you'll likely show up for yourself in that same compassionate way. It's a trippy and telling game if you play. I encourage you - the next time you're out surronded by people notice what you see. And then ask yourself "How much of that do I also see within myself"

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT apologise for who you are right now. Do not wish to be something different. You are not a nuissance. You are not in anyone's way for being you. Your voice is needed. ... Your presence is needed. Do not sit with your self pity and desire to be someone else. Don't wait for someone else to validate that you're good enough. Don't wait to find your soul mate, or to get the job, or to have the body or to stop being tired to live your life for you. Don't apologise for who you are right now. Because who you are is exactly who you're meant to be. Live from that place. Doing things that make your soul dance. Have a beautiful Saturday.
