Just trying to plan my 2021 garden but this little girl wants to play hide and seek...and it tiiiickles!!! Not too mention the other three playing tag on my head haha!

Gorgeous day! Checked on half the hives and it looks like the survival rate is very, veeeery promising!!! Did you know bees never go to the bathroom inside the hive? That means they have to keep it in aaaaallll winter. I bet they are very grateful to come out on a sunny day like today to finally get all that winter pressure out and leave a huge area of yellow polkadots all around their hives. Absolutely fascinating!!!

Found a very nice pair of very warm mittens in my driveway on Peter Robinson road in Carp a few weeks ago. They were most likely lost around the first week of January. Did any of our egg lovers loose your mittens? I don't want to post a picture because they are very expensive mittens and I want to make sure they will get back to their owner so a precise description will be demanded. Please share this post so we can get them back to their owner.

Ever wondered what a growling hen sounds like? They usually do that when they're broody but this one is by far the worst we've had. She's becoming nicer though since I pet her every day to help her feel safe

Eggs anyone? Our new hens have finally started laying and we have lots of eggs for everyone! Pass on the good news!
