Magnesium! The main ingredient in Lettie’s plant based cheezes is cashews. Cashews are high in magnesium and kids need magnesium in their diets for various reasons. We find it especially helpful for sleep and leg cramps. Adding a block of Lettie’s Brie-Free or Roasted Garlic and Herb Cream Cheeze to a tomato sauce will add creaminess and a good amount of magnesium.
