Heading up to the studio today to work on a charity quilt. This quilt was a really fun way to raise funds for a cause. The fabric was purchased and divided into fat quarters. People had the opportunity to sponsor their choice of fat quarter to be put into the quilt. Threads, batting and of course the long arm quilting service was also up to be sponsored. Not only was it a very successful fundraiser, it will also be a beautiful gift for the family that the funds were raised for.

These freezing Alberta temperatures inspired me to post a couple of my finished projects. What does the cold inspire in you?
