OUR PEOPLE MATTER: Introducing Tricia Rakos and Laurie Allan -"Let Us Guide You Home" Team! Did you know that Laurie & Tricia first met almost 20 years ago? T...hey met while both working for J. Ross Real Estate here in town in the fall of 2001. Even though they havent worked together throughout all these years they have always stayed close in contact. While both volunteering on the Twilight Festival Committee they started talking about real estate and becoming business partners. In November 2017 they made it official and started the "Let Us Guide You Home" Real Estate Team working out of the Century 21 Foothills office in High River. Laurie has been involved in housing developments and real estate for over 25 years. Her husband developed Lineham Acres, Eagleview Estates, Highwood Village and is currently working on the new annexation in the NW of town. Tricia previously worked for the Town of High River in the Planning and more recently Safety Codes Department where she became familiar with building permits and all the processes that go along with that. Some fun facts about Laurie & Tricia: Laurie has been a High Riverite since 1979, Tricia since 1989. Laurie raised her 3 kids in town and enjoys her time as a grandma to her 7 grandchildren who all live nearby. Tricia has just started her family with her husband - they currently have 1 son and are expecting a new babe this fall. They also volunteered together on the Twilight Festival Society for 4 years. Combined, these lovely ladies have over 30 years of real estate experience - wow!!
