Goals resolutions. Soooooo last year, lol :D I’ve been working on my 2021 INTENTIONS. One of them is to EMBRACE more SUNSETS!... TODAY is NATIONAL VISION BOARD DAY, and this pic is right in the middle of my board. For those who know me, know I LOVE my sunsets and my MOST FAVOURITE are the ones overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the Gold Coast (Guanacaste) in Costa Rica. In 2020, I went in search of my own local sunsets MAYBE 1-2 days a week. Not NEARLY enough! In 2021, my INTENTION is to search for them AT LEAST 3-4 times a week. So I’ve set an alarm on my phone for 30mins before the sun is supposed to set each day and I’m SEARCHING for them even when it’s cloudy (like today, dang it :( ). SUNSETS are like a healing balm for my soul. I NEED to embrace more HEALING in my life. #seekingsunsets is one of the ways I can easily and inexpensively ADD quality to my life! This is me. Sitting on my living floor. Breaking down to THE BOTTOM. I recently shared an article in a networking group I participate in. I read this quote by the great Diana Ross the other day. And it HIT me like a TON of BRICKS! 20 years AHEAD??? I won’t tell you how old I’ll be then, lol :D But I will tell you that the LAST 20 years have flown by like a FLASH.... What was I doing 20 years ago to prepare me to be where I am right now? Hmmmmm. That’s a tough question to answer, as 20 years ago I was raising babies and praying they’d grow up to be amazing human beings (and they ALL are!!!!!). Other than that, I wasn’t looking ahead 20 years or even ONE year ahead! Now, where do I want to be in 20 years and is what I’m doing today going to get me there? I believe it is. Yet I still have a journey ahead of me! I’ve learned A LOT in the last year alone. And what I’ve done since then has brought me to a place I would never have even DREAMED about.
