I don't like lifting too much weight. Hitting the numbers in the gym hasn't been my goal. But, that's just my personal preference and it comes from me being cautious and aware that I have a small frame that does better with lighter weights and higher reps. In Covid times though, a bit everyone had to adapt to a new reality and lighter weights. Did this stopped us from growing? I believe that there will be some impressive freaks coming out from their garages soon. And guess what, they probably didn't had a ton of weight to lift ..
