Did you know that Dr. Patrick has been training for a half marathon since December? Unfortunately the Saskatchewan Marathon has cancelled the race scheduled for May 31st, but that hasn't stopped him! So instead he will run it 'virtually'. He feels it is important to be a good example to his patients, by making sure that he is in optimal health by eating right (most of the time ), exercising regularly, and even seeing his own Chiropractor when he is able. Super easy: 1/2 cup flour (we used #kamut) and 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix it up, lightly cover with plastic wrap and keep in a warm place. Repeat for 6 days!
