A local door manufacturer provides quick turn-around, custom-cut doors with the use of their door-cutting machine. The machine is nearly entirely air-powered and has a complex network of solenoids. Hard to believe that these carburetor screws were once a *Phillips head... When we received the carburetor in the previous post, this is what the screws looked like from the previous unprofessional repair attempt. How can we get these screws out without damaging the expensive carburetor? We love puzzles like this at LewisTech. We extracted the screws and provided new ones. *These are not actually Phillips head screws. They are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) on these impor...t carburetors. They look almost identical but have a slightly different fit. This is what commonly leads to stripped screw heads.
