Tough client today. Ms. Lewis is 4 years old and needed a set of training wheels designed and installed on her dirtbike immediately. We sweated through this one but the client is happy. Have you got an idea we can help you create?

A local door manufacturer provides quick turn-around, custom-cut doors with the use of their door-cutting machine. The machine is nearly entirely air-powered and has a complex network of solenoids. This client was having multiple issues with the machine due to the fact that only one person in Canada was supporting these machines through the manufacturer. The client could not find anyone local to provide mechanical support. This resulted in the client having downtime which is ...catastrophic for a company trying to provide quick turn-around times. Lewistech Engineering was able to diagnose and repair all of the clients issues within 48 hours. We understand what it is like when a business is built on a model of providing quick service, so we provide it as well. Do you have any puzzles like this for us solve?

Hard to believe that these carburetor screws were once a *Phillips head... When we received the carburetor in the previous post, this is what the screws looked like from the previous unprofessional repair attempt. How can we get these screws out without damaging the expensive carburetor? We love puzzles like this at LewisTech. We extracted the screws and provided new ones. *These are not actually Phillips head screws. They are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) on these impor...t carburetors. They look almost identical but have a slightly different fit. This is what commonly leads to stripped screw heads. Our professionals at LewisTech Engineering are familiar with manufacturing standards and this allows us to deliver a higher quality of service.
