Reminders I give myself. There is strength and growth in your light. There is strength and growth in your dark. ... Practice the things that give you energy. Expand experiences that bring you joy. Connect and learn from interesting people. Surround yourself with people who feel like warmth and magic. #selfaware #innerstrength #magic #connection #inspiration #live #life

We adjust ourselves to fit, to adapt to others ideas of who we should be. We shift ourselves not in sweeping pivots but in movements so tiny that they are hardly perceptible even in our own view. Years can pass before we finally discover that after handing over our power piece by small piece we no longer even look like ourselves. ~Alicia Keys - More Myself #selfawareness #findyourwayback #self #consciousness #chooseyou #liveinspired #resilientselflove

Mother’s Day reflection. I have extreme love and gratitude for the women who raised me, for the children I’m raising and for all the mothering lessons past and present that allow us all to be at our very best. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph this amazing Momma today in the sunshine. #Happymothersday #iloveyoumom

Don’t think, FEEL. All that you’re searching for lives inside of you. When we are children we get taught our feelings happy, sad, joyful, mad ... so now we mentally know what we have been taught. But what do these emotions feel like? Where do these feelings reside in your body? When we physically recognized our feelings we can teach ourselves to unearth the root emotions that we’re experiencing. We can then take action to hold it (joyful) or release it (resentment).... Give your uplifting emotions recognition and gratification to hold them longer. Release your low emotions by naming their sources and taking actions to move away from them. See more
