More and more, I see my role as a planner evolving. First and foremost, I want to be the person that helps make sure you have an incredible time on your wedding day, from morning til night. As wedding concepts evolve in the time of COVID, I’m so much less focused on traditional wedding logistics and so much more focused on figuring out what will make this day special and memorable for my couples. The fun thing is, that looks different for everyone so every single wedding plan...ning journey becomes so customized and unique. I actually feel like my role lately has been experience creator (omg sorry so cheesy) more than wedding planner since I’m so not focused on fitting any couple’s day into a specific box, but more about creating a celebration that respects their priorities and feels contextual to their love story . That might mean calling you a water taxi, it might mean I’m holding your train all day or it might mean something more traditionally wedding planner-ish.
