Well that was a doozy! We’re going to take one more day to let our staff safely dig out and yield the way to city crews! A big thank you to the @cityofsaskatoon crew for your tireless efforts, and to our community members here in #yxe who got to work helping out and checking in on neighbors. This is one of our favorite dishes for the cooler months of the year. Tender BEEF SHORT RIBS braised in orange juice, red wine, and herbs, served with roasted seasonal veg. Ask your server about one of our delicious biodynamic red wines, and bon appetit!
