I have struggled with my weight and diet for the longest time. After meeting Lea and being introduced to the gym and healthier eating habits I am proud of my 45lbs lost. I am lucky to have found a personal trainer like Lea. She developed a friendship with me which helps keep me accountable, but on top of that she is professional, she pushes me without being abrasive, and is motivational.
