Walking is the easiest way to enjoy the outdoors, and FYI walking at a moderate pace can burn 280 calories an hour for an average person!

Tomorrow is Saturday which means the PG Farmers Markets are open and running! offering everything from local vegetables, ethically-raised grass-fed meats, bakings, fruits, hot foods, coffee, honey and jams and jellies, preserves, and a wide variety of artisan products including jewelry and crafts. Head down to one of the 2 locations PG has to offer and fill your plates with something healthy, home grown, and local!
