LHHS Presents 9 to 5

Violet Newstead is a widow and has been working at the company for a long time. She is very knowledgeable and, in fact, was the one who trained Hart. Despite her dedication, she is continually passed over for promotions due to Hart's sexist attitudes. Will Violet take matters into her own hands? Next up, meet Judy Bernly. Judy is forced to find work after her husband, Dick, runs off with his secretary. She finds employment as a secretary at Consolidated Companies, run by the sexist Mr. Hart. Her first day on the job doesn't exactly get off to a good start. Come see how hilariously wrong it goes and how Judy helps to take Mr. Hart down, along with her co-workers. Time to meet your lead characters! First up is Franklin Hart. What a pompous jerk of a boss! This grade A misogynist was trained by Violet, and then promoted ahead of her, so there is no love lost between them. When he's not trying to seduce Doralee (spoiler alert: not his wife), this smarmy sexist, egotistical, lying, bigot can be found spreading rumours or, occasionally, running the office (poorly). You will love to hate Ryca McCullough who plays the role of Mr. Hart.
