Your stylist may not have gotten through their rebooking list yet so if you missed an appointment or were on a waiting list, please be patient. If there are any changes to the process around your appointment, we will guide you through it. We're sure you have all heard the latest update from Doug Ford! We are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to open on the 16th! Unfortunately though, it's not yet confirmed, we await further details from Doug Ford on which zone we will be put into. If Ottawa is in a Grey Zone, salons remain closed; Ottawa must be in an Orange Zone for personal services (salons) to be open. We are hopeful we will hear this news by Friday!! Stay tuned!
