Always an enjoyable experience. I had originally come here to have a permanent retainer repaired, not only was the price point for that procedure better than anywhere else I had found in the city, but they really make sure you're happy with the work before you leave. I've continued to stay with Liberty Village Dental for all routine checkups and cleanings. All of the staff is so accommodating and friendly.

Love the staff here! Always smiling! The experience here is always pretty good, the music is great. Cherie (dental hygienist) is the best! Shes very gentle and great to have a convo with (as much as you can with your mouth totally agape)! The office is super clean, modern and theres even a resident dog whos the best kind of pet therapy when youre cranky youre getting your teeth done!

Ive been a patient of both Dr Carr, and Dr Shabani since the conception of the practise opening years ago. Sometimes I can't get into see Dr Carr, so I see the other dentist. If you have to get a needle, he's the best lol. Ive had amazing dental care over the years. Ive had serious issues from smoking for decades. My teenage daughter has also seen Dr Carr since she was a young girl. They have had there hands full with me because I needed implants, and have had other issues th...at they consulted with how to deal with certain situation, end results have been excellent. The hygienist I see is Shari. She's extremely gentle and is always asking if Im ok. The dentist all have a fee guide that they all abide by, it doesn't matter which practise you go too. It is very stressful ,seeing a dentist, and I totally disagree with these other opinions. Frankly I believe there lies. I highly recommend this practise. See more

Ive been going here for a few years and theyre truly the loveliest and most caring staff. When I switched dentists they were just about 10x better and Im not looking back.

I've been a patient of Dr. Deni's for over 8 years. She is a fabulous dentist and does incredible work. I've had it all done root canals, caps, braces, teeth pulled, and now working with her and Dr. Andrew B. Kay on dental implants. There isn't anything that Dr. Deni can't handle. Her ability to refer you to the best specialist is another benefit, as you quickly learn her colleagues in the Toronto dental community have a ton of respect for her. Always get the best referrals to experts.

I've been a patient at Liberty Village Dental since it first opened. I've always been thrilled with the friendly service and love that I always have the same hygienist, Carly. She's amazing. Dr. Carr is a fantastic dentist, always gentle but with a good sense of humour to take my mind off of whatever dental work I am receiving. Dr. Watson removed a wisdom tooth recently. I was surprised by how painless it was (I had been avoiding this procedure for years) and how quickly I healed. We recently moved homes and I am willing to travel so that I can continue to come here. This practice is professional and honest.

I started seeing Dr. Carr years ago when he was working in Brampton. When Dr. Carr left Brampton, I started seeing a new dentist closer to home. I felt that the level of professionalism and the dental experience wasn't the same. I decided to call Dr. Carr's office in Liberty Village because I started to experience tooth pain. I was so relieved when Dr. Carr's staff scheduled me in on short notice and Dr. Carr took care of my tooth problem. I was so happy with the experience and his staff is so caring and nice. Although I find it annoying to have to travel so far from home, I am happy to be a patient of Dr. Carr's once again!

Dr. Carr and his team are great! Very friendly and professional. Despite moving out of the neighbourhood, I still return for my teeth work. My next procedure is a serious one, yet I feel comfortable knowing I am in good hands.

Sherry the hygienist is fantastic. The only problem that I have is the receptionists that don't communicate with each other. Two weeks prior to my appointment I normally receive email confirmations in which it is too early in my opinion. After I confirm the appointment there is always either another email a week later or phone calls reminder to follow up. After I confirm the appointment there will be another phone call a day before the appointment to ask me to confirm again. ... In total I will be getting at least 2 emails and 2 phones; this has happened to every single appointment i have booked for the past 7 years. I come to these appointments 4 times a year, it is the same issue 8 out of 10 times. I am reaching to a point of getting very annoyed and frustrated. Your receptionists need to be trained properly so that I only get one reminder notice. Having 4 reminders are very excessive. When they book an appointment for me, I told them my preference is with Sherry. Yet, they make a great effort of booking an appointment for me but with someone else. To me, it shows that they lack of attention in details. All they want is for me to show to the appointment in which I have never failed but they don't seem to care much who I am coming to see. Liberty Village Dental is amazing! The staff is always welcoming and really take the time to get to know you. The facility is very modern and clean. By far, the best dentist I have been to in years. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone new to the area.

I have been coming to Liberty Village Dental for almost 5 years now and it has always been a pleasure! The office is clean and modern. Dr. Carr is a kind, gentle dentist (with a good sense of humour), who always takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions that I have. Few months ago my crown fell off while I was in Toronto and I visited the dental office of Dr. Carr on Saturday . Dr. Carr was not there but there was another dentist who overcharged me and did nothing at all. I was so mad I came and wrote a bad review for this location and I called dr. Carr asked to see him. When I met with him , I told him my story and what happened. He was very professional and treated me very fair. He not only apologized to me on behalf of other dentist who had overcharged me, but he paid back the money and offered his help to fix my crown. He also gave me free advices . Thank you dr. Carr for caring, for being professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him to everyone. And also I should appreciate his wonderful , kind , and passionate team. Every time I visit the dentist I am always greeted with the friendliest staff who take their time not only to do their best work, but to actually get to know you. I have seen Dr. Carr numerous times and have been extremely pleased with his work. Thanks for giving me a great smile. :)

This place is pretty awesome. They put the word "FUN" in dentistry. I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth removed but the whole experience was painless. I will never be afraid of the dentist as long as I am coming here. Highly recommend!
