ALL Indoor Rides are cancelled for Saturday morning. All OPEN Group Rides are cancelled for Monday, Thursday and Saturday. We will update regarding CLUB training rides before Monday. More to come.

Notice: Liberty! Bicycles is considering the cancellation of our OPEN Indoor Rides for the remainder of the season to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. We are in consultation with our partners at Edge Triathlon and TryForce Niagara to determine the best course of action regarding CLUB Rides. We will post information regarding cancellation decisions here on Facebook, and on our website at https://libertybicycles.com/news-updates Liberty! Bicycles is also taking additional steps to limit virus transmission within the shop, including a no-handshake-policy, and increased cleaning and disinfecting. More to come.

AWESOME work today to everyone who tested. Everyone pushed themselves really hard, it was really great to see. Some people even tested on BOTH days which is pretty exceptional. We will use your new FTP numbers moving forwards. Excited to see how the group progresses. Keep up the suffering! I love it!

Hey all! Just a reminder that this week we are doing FTP tests on both the Tuesday and Thursday evening classes! If you do not want to do the test you can still come out, ride, and support those who are suffering. If you have noticed any issues in your sensors or bikes please let us know BEFORE the test date. This way we can assure all the bikes are running smoothly and your data will be recordable. Also remember this is a baseline, it's where you're starting this year...so view it as a hard workout more than a test!

Hey everyone. Here is the plan for tomorrow, rolling at 9am from Liberty. The weather looks to be ok until about noon. If things start rolling in sooner we will cut it short.

A little shorter, and a little punchier. Plan for 9am Saturday. Roll out from Liberty with an option for coffee in Fonthill.

Well, the days are getting shorter and we are quickly running out of daylight for our 6pm Women's Ride. This week will sadly be our last outdoor organized ride of the season for ladies night. Hope to see most of you out for one last hoorah, and for those who can't make it, THANK YOU. This Women's Ride initiative has been incredibly rewarding to both lead and be a part of. Ride on!

Liberty! Women's route for tomorrow. Rolling at 6pm. We will do some bike handling drills and echelon work on the flatter quieter sections of the ride. Daylight hours are getting shorter so please have a light on your bike for the evening rides (preferably all rides) from this point forwards. See you all tomorrow!
