Liberty Village will be opening for the season in just 5 weeks from now and I couldn’t be more excited! Bookings however are open now so if you are looking to b...ook a stay May 1st onward now is the time. Creating Liberty Village was such a massive scratch of my creative itch and a large part of its intention is to facilitate continual creativity. Outdoorsy portraits like this, so many photos you all have created, shared, rocks painted, songs sung and most important of all - memories created. This being said, I am looking to see who would be interested in collaborating with us, if that is you please send me a DM (Instagram). We are anticipating a handful of eager collaborators to reach out and we will most likely be unable to work with everyone that reaches out but please do so anyways if you are interested all the same because you / we never truly know! We have begun to prepare for our cedar wood burning hot tubs with these gravel + crush pads and pathways. Next, we will be laying patio stone to build a nice level base for them to live! These hot tubs are coming all the way from Europe and with everything going on in the world right now it’s very unpredictable as to when exactly they will be arriving. We have our fingers crossed for them to arrive before Christmas but unfortunately can not guarantee anything at this stage of the game. One thing is for sure though, once they arrive they are going to be GAME CHANGING!! BOOK NOW: www.thelibertyvillage.ca

The sunny days are over for now but not the productive Thelibertyvillage days. The heat of the Summer is my favourite don’t get me wrong but I also love the Fal...l when the hustle and bustle of Summer calms down and we don’t feel the constant need to be somewhere or be doing something every weekend. I’ve really enjoyed the past few weekends getting back to the Village and working away on the ideas floating around in my head. The ole Camp Cafe is just about finished on the outside. What started with basically just a frame and a roof is now a winterized / enclosed building with a brand new floor. We are missing some glass panes and TLC in areas but besides that she’s basically weather tight for the cold season. Hot tub pads are coming along, gravel, crush and patio stones all taking place but my wood burning hot tubs are yet to leave Europe. - Covid delays; it is what it is I guess. Also looking at getting some docks so you folks can sit and enjoy the views and / or even tie a boat or jet ski up next Summer! Lots in the works anyways and I’m thankful for this time of year allowing me to get after it.

Within the first hour you nominated 100+ times actually causing our link to temporarily close. Once we got it up and running again another 150+ nominated too!... We are so happy with this response we are certainly expanding beyond just 5 staycations awarded, that’s for sure!!
