For the past several years I’ve been honoured to be an official photographer for UofC Dino Football. To capture the special moments that student athletes will remember forever. Today we learned that Canada West Athletic conference has canceled the 2020 season. I am heartbroken for all the players and coaches but particularly the Seniors who will lose their final year. Football teaches a lot more than running, tackling and passing. It teaches character and this setback will test the character of these players more than any game ever could. They are strong and this will make them stronger. But have no doubt, it will be emotionally and mentally challenging. I send my thoughts to the entire Dino Athletic family.
