It's been 7 months....and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock-down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and o...ther mental health disorders. CMHA, The Canadian Mental Health Association, has a 24-hour helpline: 1-833 456-4566. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. share thiss please folks. Everyone needs a little help sometimes

This is a short update for those of you who are still following us. Paul has been living in a senior residence since December. Two days ago he was diagnosed with the Covid virus and is now in quarantine. The nursing staff have told his sons that Paul is doing well and is not exhibiting any symptoms aside from a rise in temperature. Lets hope that it stays that way. I have this up on my page but some of you do not go there so I am putting it here too. I hope I don't annoy anyone by doing so. Take care everyone and Please STAY SAFE.
