However things change and sometimes you have to ask your local butcher or fishmonger what they suggest. This weeks recommendation was tuna. . .... How to use the tuna....? One of Cory and Kyle’s favourite places to eat is @toscanawindsor. They have an amazing poke menu. We took ideas from our experiences there and created this Asian and Mexican inspired menu. .
