Being a mom isn't always easy. I had a very hard time after my first son was born. I was new to Canada. No family, no support, struggling with breastfeeding and being a first time mom. I was diagnosed with PPD. I could barely get out of bed and brush my teeth. But then I got help from Spectrum Mothers Support Society. Spectrum Mothers Support Society is a non-profit agency in North Vancouver that is committed to provide support for North Shore women who are caring for their... young children (newborn - five years old) in difficult and challenging situations. Flower preservation for jewelry with dried flowers. Yes, dried flowers can be put in resin jewelry, but it will turn brown after time passes. Watch out when buying jewelry with dried flowers. Often they are not preserved correctly. ... Please ask first if some flower preservation was done beforehand. Only air drying isn't enough. Note: Flowers (all plant material) will turn brown, even with the extra step of preserving the flowers before they are put into a jewelry piece.
