Hi there friend I thought we were due for a proper introduction and I thought I would take the time to share my creative intentions for this new year. My name is Nicolas Abou, I’ve enjoyed living in 6 different countries growing up and Montreal has been my home for the past 9 years. My photography journey started in 2016 when I bought my first camera and. I practiced what I learned in YouTube videos when capturing the city which made this account grow. 2017 is the year I wo...ndered if I could go full time. I worked with two online media’s resulting in my evening’s shooting almost 100 concerts and events across town that year. Long story short, maybe for lack of courage but I didn’t go full time. Fast forward today, I still work at IBM as a consultant in which I’ve learned how to manage large projects and budgets, find creative solutions to problems and helping businesses meet their objectives. Funnily enough, it’s slowly rubbed off on my photography where I have a handful of commercial clients; helping them with the storytelling of their brand and content for their social media. I want to make 2021 the year I help more local clients with their struggle of being online, create more content and work on bigger campaigns. Here’s to making the best of 2021! See more

Snow globe Do you know that feeling when you look around and feel like you’re in a snow globe? You took a big breathe and you feel the fresh air entering your lungs. The city lights look as if they’re glowing and you feel the satisfying crunch of fresh snow behind your feet. You pause for a moment and take it in... everything is going to be alright.

oiseaux An understanding of the natural world and what’s in it is a source of not only a great curiosity but great fulfillment - @davidattenborough I am a half glass full type of guy so for me this summer, I’ve personally enjoyed being outdoors more this summer and fall. The initial awkwardness of our first Zoom calls and the improvised picnics with friends and weekend hikes will be something we will look back on. Automne III Here’s some more autumn vibes to hopefully your week a bit better! I have been amazed by the awesome autumn colors Québec nature has to offer. I’ve always taken it for granted but since I’ve been outside and exploring more it’s really grown on me. There’s always some positive to found in all things.
