I have a theory that there is a country song for every situation in life. After my own breakdown I reconsidered the usual view of "productivity". I used to think it was how many THINGS I could get done in a day, how many hours I worked over top of my regular work day, and if I didn't get a lot done or spent an hour just listening to music or sitting in total quiet, I was being lazy and unproductive. Once I was able to start working through the reasons for my breakdown, and ...how that need to be busy contributed to my eventual break, I decided on a new way to think about productivity based on, you guessed it, a country song.
