Life Flow Coaching and Yoga 07.05.2021

I took my good sleep for granted for years until I didn't have it anymore. Isn't that always the case? I had to learn how to sleep well after my kids finally started sleeping through the night. I had to break my bad habits that used to not affect my sleep (eating and drinking in the evening, sticking to my phone, too much caffeine). From the moment I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I didn't buy into the idea that I couldn't "do it all" after having kids. But t...he truth is, after she was born, poor sleep was standing in my way. And by poor sleep, I mean me not prioritizing getting good sleep. Because I was responsible for my own sleep. If I wanted to show up for myself and others during the day, if I wanted to "have it all" I had to Sleep Train myself. So I studied all of the sleep material I could find, combined with my knowledge of health, wellness, relaxation and stress management, and now I'm so happy to be able to do this for others too. I am running my Sleep Training for Grownups program starting NEXT WEEK (March 31st) on Wednesdays for 4 weeks at either *10am* OR *8pm*. You will get 4-weeks of interactive virtual calls where I will be sharing tons of techniques and a program to follow for the month where I promise you will emerge a better sleeper. Dare I say, a *GOOD* sleeper. Imagine how your life will change? The investment is $95. And I just decided today. I am adding something else. Following the Wednesday evening session, I will run my *Pajama Yoga* class from 9-9:30pm for all registrants (AM and PM). Introducing myself: Hi, my name is Megan Spasevski and I am a Sleep Coach and Yoga Instructor. I teach a program called Sleep Training for Grownups, Pajama Yoga, Strength-based Yoga and I offer 1-on-1 and group Sleep Coaching. Here are some things you may not know about me: * I used to be a great sleeper with bad habits- stayed up late, ate and drank late into the evening etc. ... * After my 2 kids starting sleeping through the night (they were each well over 2 when this really happened consistently) I had to learn, really for the first time, good sleep habits and now I sleep well almost all of time * I believe that good sleep is a cornerstone to good health * I love to cook for others and also just myself. My dream is for my kitchen to be the biggest room in the house. * I love being outdoors, I find trees to be highly magnetic and healing. * I have been highly anxious since I was a child and have many tools and techniques (and supplements/meds) to help support me. * I'm very musical, I love singing and play lots of instruments badly. * In the other part of my life, I do consulting in non-profit and public sectors on project management and operations. Sleep. It is an essential part of mental health and overall wellness, and something we're not getting enough of right now (before also?). I'm happy to be offering Sleep Training for Grownups again, co-hosted by he Healing Collective. This 4 week interactive virtual program will help you (re)learn good sleep habits and sleep hygiene, and give you a deep toolbox of sleep supports to draw from whenever you're tossing and turning and waking up tired....
