Are you feeling discomfort in your lower back, or knees and ankles? The piriformis muscle, located deep beneath the gluteal muscles, might be the culprit. This muscle plays an important role in hip flexibility and stability, so giving it a good stretch can help relieve that tightness! Lie down, bend one knee upwards and cross it over your other leg while gently pulling, and hold for 30sec-1min and release. Try out three sets, three times a day, and feel the relief! #TuesdayTip

It's not just caffeine that you should be mindful of if you want to feel well rested https://www.theglobeandmail.com//article-difficulty-sleep/
