My thanks and Angel blessings on all those who have supported my LifeMatters444 page over the years. Health considerations are causing me to have to shut down the page for several months, as I concentrate on correcting anomalies within my physical body. I look forward to connecting with you all again sometime in the new year.

So sorry to be so quiet for so long! I have been ill, but am putting it behind me, and getting ready for the symposium in Fairview on the 20-21 of October!

Remember...there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. When we are struggling, we are being prepared for something better. Let it happen...let go of those things, emotions, energies that you know need to be released. Feel the promise of something better just over the horizon; feel the sensation of lightness and momentum as things begin to move, and you start feeling better. Notice the small improvements, be grateful for them, and know that you will soon be feeling so much better.

It is so easy to fall into judgement. Whenever we have an opinion about another person, about the way they do things, about the things they do and say, we are in judgement. If we are judging them positively, we are upholding them with our own energy; we are focused on positivity, and all is good with the Universe for both of us. HOWEVER...If we are judging them negatively, we are focused on negativity, and guess what....the Universe will return to us more that we can focus on negatively. So, the bite in the butt happens to us, not to the people we are judging harshly. Be kind to yourself by staying out of judgement of other people.

Everybody is coming from a different place, a different situation, a different experience. My job is not to judge where you are at; its to accept you as and where you are, and assist you to take more steps along the path your soul already knows and is leading you towards. We all need support, guidance and encouragement at times in our lives. Don't feel bad when its you that needs it. You've given it when its been asked of you, and now its your turn.
