I know for myself it’s been a whirlwind of emotions and longing along with so much crying which seems exactly par for the course. The current energy for the DF collective right now is the shark which came up in a collective reading about a month ago. The shark is an interesting energy as they force us to face our fears. They force us to face those ...things that we have kept in the darkness or in the shadows. The shark is only dangerous if it’s not acknowledged. I never fully understood it cause I never knew how to love myself. It isn’t easy and that inner critic loves to come out and play. We have been programmed with centuries of outdated beliefs telling us we will be happy when we find someone else. Once again I will say that’s complete bullshit. We need to be weary of idolizing others and placing them on a pedestal. When we engage in this act we place expectations on these individuals. We see them as perfect, as divine, as all knowing and being. But this is extremely problematic in that these idols come from the same bouncing balls of energy as you and me and everyone else. These people are no different than any of us. They make mistakes just like the rest of us. They have lessons to learn just like the rest of us. ... By placing these people high above everyone else, including ourselves we begin to see ourselves as lesser than. We think that they must be gifted to do whatever it is that we idolize them for. That they are eternally blessed to have these natural abilities. That it sure would be nice to be like them or be with them but unfortunately we aren’t on the same level. Well my friend, I’m here to tell you that this is a load of bullshit. You can achieve and manifest anything that you want. You are worthy of being with the divine counterpart of your dreams. But first and most importantly you need to believe that you are worthy of it. You need to strip away the layers of faulty programming and being told that Disney fairytales aren’t real. Crying is such a powerful and cathartic way of healing. Each and every tear we shes releases so much trapped and vented up emotions that have been stored in our energy bodies for years. We don’t even need to know what we are crying about. All we need to do is allow and accept these feelings and honour them by crying. And by accepting these feelings we will honour our inner child. That tender part of us that was told not to cry or show weakness. That part of us that was told to be strong. By crying we can begin to show him that those expressions were a load of bullshit. Next pull out your journal and begin to think about what you want the new moon to bring light to and manifest into your life. Make sure to use the wording I am eternally grateful for having ______. Thank you divine and powerful moon for bringing this into my existence. Always use I am or I have. Write as if you already have it. Once you are finished place it in a window sill and say a prayer. If you have a clear quartz crystal you can place it on top of your journal to amplify your desires. Feel free to add any other crystals that warm your soul. Once finished have a salt bath to clear any remaining negative thoughts. I love to add fresh herbs from my garden like mint, basil, white sage and lavender. How has energy healing helped me? What changes has energy healing shifted within me? Since I’ve been young anxiety has always been a difficult thing for me. I was never comfortable with who I was, where I was and what could happen to me. My mind was everywhere other than within me. Through healing I’ve been able to ground myself to live and importantly appreciate the moment more frequently. Another thing that Ive carried with me my whole life is depression. Even as... a kid I was always sad but I had no understanding of why. Through healing I was able to find the root causes of this depression and rebuild my psyche. I got into drugs and alcohol at a fairly young age. These drugs and alcohol were great for escaping but they also compounded my pre-existing anxiety and depression. Through healing I’ve been able to not only quit these addictions but replace them with healthy alternatives like meditation and yoga. I’ve lost a lot of people in my life. Some were processed while others weren’t. Healing these wounds allowed me to fully process this unresolved grief. I always struggled with my self worth and always tried to increase it through external validation. But by healing core wounds I’ve been able to find all the love that I would ever need deep within. I always was a bit shy or nervous when really stating my beliefs but healing has allowed me become more confident when speaking my higher truth. I never accepted who I was. I always felt like something was missing or that I was incomplete. Healing these core wounds enabled me to accept myself wholly and completely. Healing all these things allowed me to connect with my soul purpose and see the reasons why I came into this earth ship body. DF collective energy: It is heavy today as a lot of purging is going on bringing up a lot of our past. Both the back heart chakra and the back solar plexus chakra are very blocked. The back heart chakra is blocked with a lot of sadness, grief and abandonment. Our past is coming up during this portal to shed what no longer serves us. One of the best ways to release this is simply to cry and let your own tears heal you. Allow for these pains to leave your body once ...and for all. Forgiveness, especially with yourself and your divine counterpart maybe needed. If this resonates make sure to forgive them for all past lives as well as there maybe something in there stemming from another life that you aren’t even aware of. The solar plexus is responsible for our confidence and will power. With the back solar plexus so blocked a lot of us are deeply struggling with our self worth and self esteem. This could be due to abandonment issues or do to trauma that occurred at a young age. For a lot rejection stimulated by their divine counterpart is also present. Both of these chakras are intricately connected as their is a collective worry that we are not worthy of this unconditional love from our counterparts. Connect with your inner child. Let them now how worthy they are. How beautiful they are. Remind them that you won’t ever abandon them again. All these things are coming up in order to help us purge before we enter into the portal. But font fret this as once the portal is open it won’t close. You don’t need to be ready at a certain time but instead you will be ready in divine time. One of the great thinkers whose thoughts are well ahead of even our time has yet another nugget of wisdom within his work. Western medicine has made some great advances with both the science and the knowledge backing it. It is very effective at treating acute symptoms and can do wonders for us during emergencies. But the one limitation with western medicine (albeit some physicians are starting to really bridge this gap) is treating the body as a separate entity from the m...ind. This is one of the biggest obstacles to overcome. As Plato demonstrates, it’s problematic to separate the mind from the body. They are both parts of the same system. One effects the other and vice-versa. If there is a physical ailment in the body, there is also a mental element that will correspond with it. When stress, trauma, or grief are repressed their energy signature navigates towards ailments in the physical body. In order to heal the physical we must address these repressed emotions and take steps to prevent suppressing future traumas by expressing our emotions freely as they come. One powerful way to remove this trapped energy within our body is through energy healing. By clearing out the stress, pain, guilt, shame, anxiety and fear we can open up space for higher vibrational energies to enter and stay. Can you feel the power of that full moon in Aquarius? Can you feel those emotions rising up to get ready to be released? If things are coming up there is no better time than now to finally release these old pains, habits, traumas and ways of thinking to open up space for magic to enter. One good practice that I carve out space for each and every full moon is to do a full moon ritual to help me clear anything that I’ve been holding onto and begin to prepare for the start o...f the next cycle. Generally during full moons I would suggest to: Clear your space and your own energy. Incense work great or smudge some sage, sweet grass, cedar, Palo Santo, lavender, rosemary or all of the above. Even a diffuser with your favourite essential oils will work. The important thing is to clear your space. Sit and meditate for a few minutes and think of all the different things you are ready to release. They could be ties to previous relationships, old habits, old beliefs, negative thought patterns, fears, struggles, etc... This is your time to connect with your spiritual guidance team to get their help and suggestions. Allow these items to come naturally and don’t worry if you don’t get everything. There will be another full moon in a month. Write out on a piece or scrap paper all these things you are ready to release. Use the phrase, I humbly ask for the divine full moon to help me release_____. Make sure to include everything that came to mind previously. Once you are finished it’s time to go outside and release it. Find a safe place to burn it and watch all these struggles vanish into thin air. Make sure it all burns. If parts of it won’t, take a deep breath and relax. If burning isn’t an option you can always bury it 12 inches below ground. Once finished run a hot bath with either Epson or sea salt. If you wanna get real uptown bring in some candles, your favourite crystals and fresh herbs from the garden. Just be careful with putting crystals in the bath as some will begin to erode with the salt water. What is going on with the divine masculine? I have been avoiding reading for the DM’s as I feel more connected to the DF collective and I think it’s very important for us to focus on ourselves and not worry about our divine counterparts. But with yesterday’s DF reading and the energy that has been building I was guided to see what was going on. The current energy that the DM find themselves in is the spider and the stingray. It is a very beautiful energy to be in as the s...pider is crafting its web growing both spiritually and financially. This means that the DM collective have crafted a foundation for their divine counterparts but they are also very aware of the connection. The stingray energy means that they have finally developed a back bone and are currently working through the final remains of their negative self worth. The first card that flew out for what is going on is the 5 of swords. Something has been giving them an immense headache and has almost boggled their mind. This is due to karmic cycles closing whether it be through their relationships, family or career. Next the 7 of swords which signals a betrayal that is causing this headache and frustration. This has led the DM to sulk in this energy and feel sorry for themselves. The DF’s will know this feeling and can relate to how the DM has recently been to hell and back. Also notice how three ascending swords showing a buildup to the lovely ace of pentacles. Once this has been processed a prosperous new beginning with non other than their beloved. So I try not to post anything on my days off but FML has the sacral energy been in overdrive today. It has been building up all week and literally boiling over right now. The collective DF’s and DM’s are both experiencing this. I feel like I’m 12 years old all over again and just discovered what does what in my body. Add into the fact that there has been an anticipation all week. It’s felt like we are only a few more sleeps away from Xmas. So I decided to ask what the frig is... this energy about? Why the over load of energy? Especially for the DF’s... I asked what the current energy is with the DF’s and the eagle flew out. A combination of fire and air. When the eagle appears it means the last of karmic bonds are being burned away to rise up and begin its hunt. The DF’s are purging the last bit left which aligns perfectly with this upcoming full moon and the lions gate portal open and helping us gain that much needed courage. I then asked what was going on with this energy and these cards flew out. First and foremost everyone’s favourite sign, the lovers. There is a new relationship that spirit is pushing us towards founded on unconditional love. This is the start of a magical new journey that will drastically shift where we once were and all of our previous templates. There has been a balancing act and a contemplation for the collective of what to do but spirit is helping make this decision for us by bringing together love of two souls which is gonna solidly this powerful queen in her queendom that she has created.
